CAC number 2! / Cert nummer 2!
We drove back home from the cabin in Nauvo, Finland early Friday morning. This time we took the ferry over from Vaasa to Umeå so we just had to drive 3 hour after arriving in Sweden. Just 1 hour after stepping inside our house I started preparing for the dog show on Saturday. Brush, bath, clipping, dry blowing and then end it all with some ball throwing in the ocean to bring back the curls. Okey, I would have saved me some time if I hadn’t decided that if I was bathing one dog I could surely take them both directly after each other so I didn’t have to do Fira another day…Anyway, I was all done about 6 hours after arriving home and after a second night with minimum sleep the alarm rang 5 o’clock.
The judge was Yana Gavrilova from Russia and she decided that RLD N CurlyCo Hey Ho Let’s Go ”Lura” deserved to go best of breed and with that she also got her second CAC!
I have to say it feels like the 6 hours preparing and the 2 hour drive in compact fog was well worth time.

Vi körded hem från stugan i Nagu, Finland tidigt under fredag morgon, som omväxling tog vi färjan mellan Vasa till Umeå så det bara blev 3 timmars pass att köra efter att vi kommit till Sverige igen. En ynka timme efter att vi kommit inom hemmets väggar startade jag förberedelserna för lördagens utställning. Borsta, bada, föna torr, klippa och sedan blöta ner igen med bollkastning i havet för att få tillbaka lockarna. Visst, jag hade kunnat göra det snabbare och enklare för mig själv om jag innte gjort båda hundarna men kändes som att det var lika att göra Fira också för att slippa göra henne någon dag senare… Nåväl, 6 timmar efter att vi kommit hem var jag klar med förberedelserna och hann sova några få timmar. Larmet gick 5 på morgonen och det kändes att det var natt två utan ordentligt med sömn.
Domare var Yana Gavrilova från Ryssland och hon ansåg att RLD N CurlyCo Hey Ho Let’s Go ”Lura” förtjänade BIR och därmed fick hon ju också sitt andra cert!
Så ja, det känns som att de 6 timmarna med pälsfix och ytterligare 2 timmars körande till utställningen var tid väl spenderad.

NORD UCH JWW-10 CurlyCo Touch of Magic ”Fira” was placed as 3d bitch at Kajaani, Finland yesterday. We didn’t get what we were hoping for but still we had a really nice time. Unfortunately this post will be without pictures since the camera stayed home…
Congratulations to the winners, the BOB male even decided that BIG-1 was his cup of tea!

NORD UCH JWW-10 CurlyCo Touch of Magic ”Fira” placerades som 3e tik i Kajana, Finland igår. Vi fick inte det vi hoppades på (och behövde) men hade ändå en väldigt trevlig dag. Tyvärr kommer detta inlägg dessutom vara utan bilder eftersom kameran stannade hemma.
Grattis till vinnarna, BIR hanen tyckte dessutom att BIG-1 var hans plats!

2 years old bitch with good size and good proportions. well formed head. Good neck. Good body for age. Wish there was a little bit more knee angulation. Good bone. Good movments from the side. Could be a bit more stable from behind. Not in the best coat today. Very nice temperament.

2 år gammal tik med bra storlek och goda proportioner. Välformat huvud. Bra hals. Bra kropp för åldern. Önskar lite mer knävinkel. Bra benstomme. Bra rörelser från sidan. Kunde vara lite stabilare bak. Inte i bästa päls idag. Mkt trevligt temperament.
