What we have been up to all summer?

Well most of the time was spent in our summer home in the south of Finland and since it was stunning, warm weather most of the time these pictures pretty much sums it up…

All the puppies behaves like fish in the water and they are so good at swimming that we have even learnt them to transport humans in the water. That’s something we usually need to wait with until their second summer but I guess these hot summer days when you can’t really excersice in any other way than swimming have made them develop their swimming skills extra fast.

Vad vi har gjort hela sommaren?

Den mesta av tiden spenderades i vårt sommarhem i södra Finland och eftersom det var fantastiskt, varmt väder i princip hela tiden sammanfattar dessa bilder ganska mycket …

Alla valparna beter sig som fiskar i vattnet och de är så bra på att simma att vi till och med har lärt dem att transportera oss människor i vattnet. Det är något vi brukar behöva vänta med till deras andra sommar men jag antar att dessa varma dagar när du inte riktigt kunnat träna på något annat sätt än att simma har fått dem att utveckla sina vattenkunskaper extra snabbt.

I förra inlägget så skrev jag att jag skulle ta det lite lugnt med vattnet och flickorna innan de fick ge sig ut i vågor. Den texten anser Wizard verkligen bara gäller flickorna, han själv gav sig direkt ut i vågorna och älskade vattnet från första stund!

In my last post I wrote that I will take it gentle with the girls and the water before they will be allowed to swim in the waves. Well Wizard decided that that was really just for the girls and not for him, he immediately decided to jump the waves and really enjoyed swimming in them from the first try!

Looking back / Återblick

Idag var födelsedagen för min första IWS, hon var född 2002 och då var jag bara 19 år gammal. När jag tänker på det så inser jag också att nästa år kommer den härliga rasen IWS med sina härliga individer varit en del av mitt liv under 19 år, dvs halva mitt liv…

Vi fick massa fina år ihop och hon avslutade med stil på St Patricks day just dagar före sin 12-årsdag. Här kommer lite bilder till minne av min vackra SEU(u)CH TK1 Coffee’s Give As a Break ”Ruska”, några har jag faktiskt inte ens publicerat tidigare, det är fördelen med att jag gillar att fotografera och att jag har stora bildarkiv sparade.

Today is the birthday of my first IWS, she was born 2002 and I was just 19 years old then. When thinking about that I also realize that next year the IWS-breed with their lovely characters will have been a part of my life for 19 years, so half my life…

We hade lots of lovely years together and she ended in style at St Patricks day just some days before her 12th birthday. The pictures is in honour of my beautiful SEU(u)CH TK1 Coffee’s Give As a Break ”Ruska”, some of the pictures is never published before, the perks with a photo passion and that I have lots of old photo archives.
